Training Benefit: STRENGTH
|
Starting Position: Lie on the Bench with the middle of the right foot against the Smith Bar. Brace the abdominal musculature and hold throughout the set. Raise the Bar with the right foot and unlatch it. Lower the bar toward the hips and keep the right knee aligned with the second toe of the right foot. Do not let the hips lift and roll up towards the chest. Return to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.
