    Starting Position:
    Attach an Ankle Weight around each ankle. Place both hands and knees at the edge of the table. Lower the left leg to the ground. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Progress: Lift the left leg backward until level with the body. Without pause, kick the left leg toward the nose. Return the leg back and then down to the ground and repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.
