    Starting Position:
    Lie on the Bench with the middle of the feet against the Smith Bar. Brace the abdominal musculature and hold throughout the set. R aise the Bar with both feet and unlatch it. Lower the bar toward the hips and keep the knees aligned with the second toe of each foot. Do not let the hips lift and roll up towards the chest. Return to the starting position and repeat.
