    Starting Position:
    Place both feet shoulder width apart on the middle of the sled. Brace your core/abdominal muscles. Release both handles and hold. Press the lower back into the back rest.

    Progress
    : Lower the sled towards the chest until the thighs are parallel to the ground. Press through the heels and return to the starting position. Do not extend the knees at the end range. Repeat.
