    Starting Position: Adjust the sled to a low position. Place the left knee on the bottom of the sled. Support the upper body by holding onto both Handles. Place the right heel on the bottom of the platform (heel above the drop off, knee off of the sled). Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Press through the right heel and extend the leg and hip until the body is straight. Return to the starting position and repeat.
