    Starting Position:
    Place both knees on the pad and hold onto both handles. Shift over to the right and place the right heel into the heel plate. Brace your core/abdominal musculature.

    Progress
    : Push through the right heel and extend the hips upward. Lower the top leg until the thigh is just below parallel and return the sled upward. Repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.
