    Training Benefit:

    Starting Position:
    Place an ankle weight on the right leg. Place both forearms on the table and keep both knees bent. Brace your core/abdominals throughout the set.

    Progress
    : Lift the right leg up by pressing through the right heel. Extend the hip until the body is straight from the shoulders to the hips to the toes. Lower the leg until the thigh is slightly lower than parallel to the ground. Repeat.

    Tips
    : Kickbacks: Ankle Weight, Quadruped exercise can be performed with manual resistance, on an unstable surface or against a resistance band.
