    Starting Position:
    Place a small circular Resistance Band around your midstep of your feet. Hold a sturdy structure above your head. Brace your abdominals and hold throughout the set. Lift your hips off of the ground and hold. Do not hold your breath at all.

    Progress
    : Open your legs as far as possible and without pause, close your legs, but do not break the muscular tension by closing your legs completely. Repeat.
