    Starting Position:
    (Best Gluts) Curtsey Step Up and Step Down: Box #14024

    Cross the left leg over and place the left foot near the edge of the box/bench. Keep the hips, left knee and foot facing forward. Push through the left heel/foot and place the right foot near the other edge of the box. Move the left leg behind the right leg and lower to the ground. Keep the hips, right knee and foot facing forward. After a brief pause, push through the right heel/foot and move the left leg back to the opposite side of the box. Move the right leg behind the left leg and lower to the ground. After a brief pause, repeat. This exercise targets the gluts and overall legs. To increase the intensity of the exercise, use a barbell, dumbbell, resistance band, medicine ball, etc.
