Primary Muscles: ABDOMINALS (ALL) ABDOMINALS-OVERALL CARDIO BURST HIP FLEXORS

Technical Difficulty: 3 ALARM FIRE: ADVANCED INTENSITY
Equipment: MEDICINE BALL
Training Benefit: CARDIO BURST STRENGTH
|
Starting Position: Lie on the mat with the knees slightly bent. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Hold the Medicine Ball overhead, in the left hand.
Progress: Curl the upper body forward and bring the right leg and chest together, folding the body in half while passing the Medicine Ball under the right leg to the right hand. Return to the starting position. Pass the Medicine Ball under the left leg to the left hand and return to the starting position. Repeat.
Tips: Low Back Precautions.
