    Exercise Name: (Best Abs) Double Abdominals: Sidelying, Straight Hip Lifts, Medicine Ball Squeeze #2152

    MEDICINE BALL

    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Lie on the left side with the legs straight. Place a Medicine Ball in-between both knees and squeeze throughout the set. Place the left hand in front of the left shoulder on the Mat. Place the right hand behind the head. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Lift the upper body off of the Mat while simultaneously lifting the legs (keep straight) off of the Mat. Return to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat on the opposite side.

    Tips
    : Low Back Precautions.
