    Starting Position: Place both forearms on the top of the Physioball and extend the legs and hips. Keep the body level throughout the exercise and the ball directly under the shoulders. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Draw capital alphabets with the ball.

    Tips
    : Balance/Stability, High Level, Low Back Precautions.
