    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Sit upright with proper posture on the Machine. Place the arms of the Machine inward as far as possible. Place each leg on an arm. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.

    Progress
    : Press outward with both legs against the pad. Return to the starting position and repeat.
