    Training Benefit:
    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Adjust the Pulley to the lowest position. Attach the Pulley strap to the right ankle. Place both hands and the left knee on the Bench, with the body level with the ground. Lower the right leg (leg straight) to the ground. Draw in the abdominals into the spine. Extend the right hip, (keep the knee straight throughout the movement) until the right leg is level with the body. Return to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat on the other side.
