Equipment: PULLEY
Training Benefit: STRENGTH
|
Starting Position: Adjust the Pulley to eye level. Stand upright with proper posture and the knees slightly bent. Grasp a Handle with each hand with the arms extended to the side. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold.
Progress: Pull the arms downward to the body and touch the Handles in front of the hips. Keep the elbows slightly bent but fixed. Return to the starting position and repeat.
