    Exercise Name: (Best Bicep) Bicep Curl: Kneeling, 1 Arm, Physioball, Dumbbell #724

    DUMBBELLS
    PHYSIOBALL

    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Place the right knee on the top of the Physioball and support the upper body with the right hand, placed directly under the right shoulder. Hold a Dumbbell in the left hand with the thumb pointing out. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Keep the back flat throughout the set.

    Progress
    : Curl the Dumbbell up until the forearm touches the biceps. Lift the elbow up slightly at the end range. Lower to the starting position and repeat. After the set, repeat with the other side.

    Tips
    : Balance/Stability Precautions. Keep the elbow(s) shoulder width apart. Upon straightening the arm(s), keep the tension on the Biceps and do not fully extend at the elbow(s). correct
