    Exercise Name: (Best Abs) Abdominal Chops: Supine, Partner, Medicine Ball, 1 Leg #74

    Technical Difficulty:
    2 ALARM FIRE: INTERMEDIATE INTENSITY

    Equipment:
    MEDICINE BALL
    PARTNER

    Training Benefit:
    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Lie with the knees bent and shoulder width apart. Partner A and B should be facing each other, lying diagonally opposite each other, side by side. Partner A will grasp the Medicine Ball with both hands and reach back to the outside of the right ear (elbows bent). Partner B will also place both hands outside of the right ear. Both Partners will extend the inside leg and raise it six inches above the ground.

    Progress
    : Both Partners should curl up simultaneously. Using the abdominals, curl the upper body and reach for the outside of the left hip (Partner A) with the Medicine Ball and pass to Partner B (will curl to the outside of the left hip) at the top of the movement. Return to the starting position and repeat. After the set repeat on the other side.

    Tips
    : Low Back Precautions.
