    (Best Abs) Abdominal Scissors: Supine, Abdominal Incline Bench, Ankle Weights


    Exercise Name: Abdominal Scissors: Supine, Abdominal Incline Bench, Ankle Weights

    ABDOMINALS (ALL)
    ABDOMINALS-OVERALL

    Technical Difficulty:
    2 ALARM FIRE: INTERMEDIATE INTENSITY

    Equipment:
    ABDOMINAL INCLINE BENCH
    ANKLE WEIGHTS

    Training Benefit:
    STRENGTH


    Starting Position: Attach an Ankle Weight to each ankle. Adjust the Incline Bench to the appropriate incline (the higher the incline, the harder the intensity). Lie on a Bench with legs extended. Hold the top of the Bench with both hands. Contract/brace the abdominals as if receiving a punch to the midsection and hold. Lift both legs six inches off of the Bench and spread wide.

    Progress
    : Alternately cross the right and left legs. Repeat.

    Tips
    : Low Back Precautions.
