    ABS ROLLOUT: STANDING

    Shred your abdominals with this Swiss Ball Workout. Increase the difficulty and effectiveness of certain exercises by adding some instability. Also, emphasize the abdominals by inhibiting the hip flexors (squeezing the physioball between your legs). We have selected 21 hard core and effective exercises to Shred Up your abs.

    Never do the same workout again. This app will automatically shuffle the order of the exercises to keep it fresh.
