Pick your pain/pleasure by selecting your own exercises. There are 5 categories that you can choose your own exercises to. They are: Abs, Chest, Legs, Shoulders/Leg Combo and Upper Back. Pick one exercise per body part and everytime that bodypart comes up, perform the exercise you selected. The repetitions are 5,10,15,20,25. Select a weight that you can do 15 times for each category or one weight that will work for each category. Go fast and go hard and finish the Wildcard Challenge.
Never do the same workout again. This app will automatically shuffle the order of the exercises to keep it fresh.
